Comtex Security provides alarm monitoring and response services through an alliance with Ascan Security located in Mitcham.

Ascan provides a first class service through its 24-hour monitoring facility and is able to support the Comtex client base with a variety of monitoring options.

These include dialler, Securitel or Direct Line monitoring.

Alarm response service can be provided through Ascan, or through your own provider. In many situations, a local patrol or manpower service provider will provide a better service with lower response times.

In any event, we can despatch whomever you nominate in the event of an alarm. .
